Take away concrete strategies for site development, water and energy efficiency, building material selection and improvements in indoor environmental quality on both new construction and retrofits.
Objectives:
Learn about sustainable design, energy efficiency and superior indoor environmental quality strategies applied to the development of long term care for both new building and retrofits.
Find out how to apply technologies designed to reduce energy use.
Understand how the integrated design process and the implementation of sustainable technologies can help reduce capital operating costs.
