Two awards recognizing innovative programs and techniques in the provision of care and/or services for seniors and in the workplace.
Please note that the deadline for submissions has now past. Please see below for the list of recipients.
The Awards:
Innovation and Excellence consists of two award categories - Supporting Seniors and Workplace Quality. The winning organization for each of these awards is presented with a plaque and a $1,000.00 cash award at the OANHSS Annual Meeting & Convention.

All submissions must clearly identify the following:
Note: Greater weight may be given to innovativeness over replicability.
Eligibility:
To be eligible for the Innovation and Excellence Awards (Supporting Seniors and Workplace Quality) the submission must be from an OANHSS full member organization.
Note:
Submission Process:
All full members of OANHSS are invited to submit a completed entry. Members may submit as many entries as they wish.
Selection Process:
A subcommittee appointed by the OANHSS Board of Directors will select the winning entries.
Notification and Presentation:
Winners will be notified in advance of the OANHSS Annual Meeting & Convention. The presentation of the awards takes place at the OANHSS Annual Meeting & Convention (click on link for more information).
