New Chairs and Executive Directors for CCACs
February 15, 2002

The Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care yesterday issued a press release announcing the names of the Board and Executive Directors of the newly restructured Community Care Access Centres.

Below is a quick reference listing of the new Chairs and Executive Directors for 41 of the 43 CCACs. 

Legend:
(*) These indicate board members and CEOs / EDs on pre-corporation boards
Co-Management – refers to CCACs with separate board of directors but shared ED.
Interim – refers to acting ED with permanent ED to be named later.

Note: The other two CCACs (Muskoka-Parry Sound and West Parry Sound) are administered by hospitals.
